We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Controller to join our team, specializing in data center projects. As a Project Controller, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial aspects, tracking project performance, and ensuring the successful execution of datacenter initiatives.
The company specializes in datacenter infrastructure and is at the forefront of technological innovation. Now they are looking for talented engineers for one of the most ambitious projects: constructing Europe’s largest datacenter in Norway.
Function
• Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance. Track expenses, analyze variances, and provide financial reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate accounting and billing.
• Project Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines. Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators. Provide regular updates to project teams and management.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines and budgets. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions. Work closely with project teams to implement risk management plans.
• Resource Management: Collaborate with resource managers to ensure proper allocation of resources.Track resource utilization and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Ensure compliance with project management standards and industry regulations.

Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Project Controller, with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in datacenter projects or related fields, in construction and operation
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera 6)
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Norwegian is a plus
• EU passport or valid Norwegian work permit
• Willingness to travel to and stay in Norway for extended periods
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
