Function
The Management Support Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to the project management team involved in the construction of a data center in Norway. This role primarily focuses on routine tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the project.
Key responsibilities:
– Document Management: Assist in organizing, archiving, and maintaining project documentation
– Agenda and Meetings: Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, as well as take minutes
– Communication: Maintain contact details and facilitate basic communication flow among team members and customers
– General Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, printing, filing at (public) registries, and sorting documents
Job Requirements
– Vocational diploma in a technical competence, preferably related to construction, or relevant experience in an administrative role
– Basic understanding of project management and organizational structures
– Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and preferably Norwegian
– Basic proficiency in MS Office, Projects, ERP, ACC, etc.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
– Attention to detail and reliability
