Function
The Lead Electrical Design Engineer will spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge electrical systems for our next-generation products. Responsibilities include: • Leading a team of engineers in the creation of electrical schematics and layouts • Overseeing the integration of electrical components and systems • Ensuring design compliance with industry standards and regulations • Conducting design reviews and providing technical guidance • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and objectives
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess: • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field • A minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical design engineering • Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools • Strong leadership and project management skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
