Our client’s company is a reliable provider of colocation and connectivity services, offering the best and most sustainable digital solutions. The initial location is in Germany, with 10 distributed edge data centers, followed by other data centers in the Netherlands, UK, Belgium, Spain, France, and Switzerland. Currently, there are about 30 edge locations.
The data centers are integrated into a future-oriented energy infrastructure, contributing to a reduction in CO2 emissions in the generation, heating, and gas sectors through sector coupling. The role of data centers in Europe as innovative levers for reducing coal and stabilizing green energy infrastructure is being redefined from the ground up.
We are looking for a full-time experienced Customer Service Manager for their Dutch branch, who will be based in Amsterdam area.
Functie
- Overseeing the onboarding of new customers
- Managing all service level agreements (SLAs) across a group of customers, ensuring service commitments are met
- Providing monthly service reports to customers and conducting business reviews
Functie-eisen
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience in an IT or tech company; data center experience would be a plus
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) would be a plus
- Experience in handling service providers and related knowledge
- Excellent customer focus and advocacy for service improvements
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch (a big plus)
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands without the need for visa sponsorship
